OUR PRODUCT

The board game “BAO”, which is played by Malawian men on a daily basis, has been transformed into a simplified version of the game for children by utilizing “Mancala”, which is said to be effective in intellectual education.
 
Furthermore, by incorporating the wooden “Mancala” into cloth, which is an essential part of daily life in Malawi, we developed Chitenducation's original product named “Lingalira” that both parents and children can enjoy playing together! 
 
We named it “Lingalira”, which means ‘think’ or “imagine” in the Malawian Chichewa language, in the hope that children everywhere can learn the concept of numbers through play.
